Coffee concept in Mexico ā Tequisquiapan

My name is Fernanda & Juan and Iām writing from Mexico.
I recently discovered Big Short Coffee and I really admire the concept ā the idea of a small seasonal menu, focused drinks, and a curated coffee experience is something I find very inspiring.
Iām currently exploring the possibility of developing a high-quality coffee experience concept in Tequisquiapan, Mexico, a town with strong tourism and growing interest in specialty beverages and curated food experiences.
